Your recruiter

Your recruiter, not a recruitment inbox.

Celeste Preece, Head of Recruitment, Recruit360

Every registration comes to Celeste. She reads it herself, and she is the person you deal with from first contact to start date.

Celeste Preece · Head of Recruitment · Australia wide and international

She reads your CV, calls you to understand what you have actually done rather than what fits on a page, assesses your fit against live briefs, and manages the process through introduction, interview and offer. You are not handed to someone else after the first email.

26 years of people management across more than 70 cities, and since 2024 in oil and gas recruitment. Her strength is seeing the person behind the CV, and the experience that opens doors into industries you had not considered.

How it works

Register. Assess. Match. Introduce.

01

Register

Two minutes, your CV, and the roles or industries you are applying for so we know what to match you against. No charge.

02

Assess

We read it properly: what you have done, what you hold, where you can work, and what that is worth. If your CV needs work, we email you and tell you what we would change. No charge.

03

Match

Your profile against live briefs. If something fits now you hear within five working days. If not, you stay on the desk.

04

Introduce

We put you forward, brief you before the interview, and stay with it through offer and start date. The employer pays the fee.

What free does not cover

Writing your CV for you. Registration, assessment, representation and introduction cost you nothing. Having a CV written or rebuilt from scratch is a separate paid service, so please send an existing CV when you register.

If we think your CV needs work, we will email you and tell you what we would change. That advice costs nothing and you are welcome to make the changes yourself. If your CV was written for another country, we will say so and explain what Australian employers expect to see. You stay on the desk either way.

You need Australian work rights

We can only represent candidates who already hold the right to work in Australia. We are not registered migration agents and we cannot give immigration advice or arrange sponsorship. If you need a visa, speak to a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner first, then come back to us.

One-to-one career support is a separate, optional service. You do not need it to register, and buying it does not affect whether we put you forward for a role.

Tell us what you are actually chasing. It is what we match you against, and it changes which briefs you are considered for.
Send the CV you have, in whatever shape it is in. We do not write CVs from scratch as part of registration. If yours needs work we will email you and tell you what to change.
Optional · tick if you want it Paid career support, separate from recruitment. Ticking a box is not a purchase and it does not affect whether we put you forward for a role. Celeste will reply with what is involved and what it costs.
