Quoted with your brief
Fees are quoted per brief as a percentage of total remuneration package, ex GST, invoiced on start date. Exclusive briefs earn our sharpest rate, hard-to-fill roles are priced to the effort involved, all agreed in writing before we begin. No placement, no fee.
Credit, not fine print
If a placed candidate leaves within 12 weeks of starting, you receive a pro rata credit toward your next placement. Straightforward, stated up front, and written into our terms of business.

Cleared, evidenced, ready to start
National police checks, VEVO right-to-work, digital reference checks, and licence and high-risk ticket verification, with pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol testing arranged through accredited providers if the role requires them. Quoted per candidate against the checks required.

Celeste Preece leads the Recruit360 desk. Recruiter, career transition specialist, and the person you will actually deal with on every brief and every session, from the first conversation to the day your placement clears.
She brings 26 years of global people management across more than 70 cities, from backstage crew to Stage Manager, Venue Supervisor and QHSE Officer, and since 2024 has worked in oil and gas recruitment: headhunting, talent identification and candidate stewardship in one of the most demanding hiring markets there is. She knows what high-pressure environments ask of people because she has run them.
Her edge is seeing the person behind the CV.
