Steve Banks is an experienced operational safety professional and instructor with over 30 years of frontline experience in law enforcement, emergency response operations, and professional training.

During his career with the Western Australia Police Force, Steve specialised in advanced driver training and operational response capability, becoming a qualified instructor through the Western Australia Police Academy Driver Training Unit.

Steve held several specialist police instructor certifications responsible for preparing officers to safely operate vehicles in high-risk and emergency environments.
