The road is where the risk lives.
Electronic aids intervene silently for years. Then comes the day they cannot, and the driver has never practised. The limit is not a warning.
A public road will not let you rehearse a skid. It will not hold a wet bend at speed while you get the recovery wrong three times. It will not put an unsighted hazard on a degraded surface and then let you run it again with a different plan.
SIM360 will. The force-feedback wheel and motion base put the grip budget under your hands and through the seat, so drivers feel the moment the tyre runs out. A real road only shows you that once.

The System of Car Control reduces what you ask of the vehicle and yourself at any one moment. Braking finished before turning. Gear settled before the bend. One demand at a time.
Observation
Scan, do not stare. A fixed gaze stops collecting information within seconds.
Anticipation
Make the links. Bus stop plus pedestrians equals someone stepping out.
Planning
Timely, appropriate decisions under load, with the hazards ranked in order.

Theory and seat time interleaved. Every driver rotates through the simulator in every block, so nobody spends the day watching.

Commentary driving
The driver talks the road out loud through an urban run of building density. What you can see, what it is likely to do, what you are doing about it, spoken as it happens. The technique keeps the eyes moving and turns a private plan into something the instructor can hear and coach.
Car control
Developing hazards that require a planned speed change rather than a reaction. Every use of the brake gets asked about. Could the road have told you earlier?
Limit point and skid
Wet-road bend sequence with the motion base loaded. Understeer and oversteer induced and recovered, then an unsighted hazard at speed on a degraded surface.

SIM360 Driver Development Program
$2,200 Including GST · up to 8 participantsThe complete program. Three blocks of theory and coached seat time, with every driver taking all three rotations and a final assessed run. Suits fleet, government and contractor crews. At capacity it works out at $275 per driver.
SIM360 Driver Skills
$1,100 Including GST · up to 4 participantsThe same instructor and the same method over a shorter day, built around the two blocks that matter most to your fleet. Suits a small crew, a single shift, or a refresher for drivers who have already completed the Driver Development Program. At capacity it works out at $275 per driver.
SIM360 Test Drive
Real-world driver training for young drivers.
Not two hours left alone on a machine. Steve Banks runs the whole session: briefing, coached seat time, and a debrief on what the run showed.
Open to anyone aged 15 and over, before a learner's permit, on their Ls, or already licensed. This is our only program available to people without a licence.
The price covers the driver plus one or both parents or guardians, who sit in on the brief and the debrief.

Give your young driver the chance to practise real-world driving scenarios before facing them on the road. Supervised hours build exposure. They rarely build limits.
Most drivers reach their first solo year having never felt the front tyres let go, never braked hard on a wet surface, and never had a hazard appear where the road hid it. The SIM360 Test Drive puts them there on purpose, with Steve Banks beside them and the run repeated until the recovery is a decision rather than a fright.
Two hours of instructor led driver training, from age 15, with or without a licence.

Steve Banks is our lead driver training instructor. He qualified through the Western Australia Police Academy Driver Training Unit and trained WA Police officers in pursuit and emergency response driving, with additional advanced police driver training completed in Scotland and the United Kingdom.
Thirty years of frontline experience across law enforcement, emergency response operations and professional instruction sits behind every session. The standard does not change because the vehicle is a simulator.

Based at Constable Care Foundation.
The SIM360 simulator is based out of the Constable Care Foundation in Maylands, Western Australia, a not-for-profit and nationally registered harm prevention charity that has delivered safety education to children and young people since 1989.
Soteria 360 and Constable Care Foundation partner on a shared view that safer choices come from knowledge, confidence and skill, not rules alone. Sessions run from that site for industry cohorts and community groups alike. Delivery is available across Western Australia and nationally.
