She brings 26 years of global people management across more than 70 cities, from backstage crew to Stage Manager, Venue Supervisor and QHSE Officer, and since 2024 has worked in oil and gas recruitment: headhunting, talent identification and candidate stewardship in one of the most demanding hiring markets there is.
