What does a WHS consultant do?
A WHS consultant helps a business identify its hazards and risks, put reasonably practicable controls in place, and build the systems and records that show it is meeting its work health and safety duties. At Soteria 360 that means practical documents your team will actually use, built on site, not shelf documents.
Do you build ISO 45001 management systems?
Yes. We build WHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and the WHS Act, Regulations and codes of practice that apply to your industry and state.
What is a fractional safety advisor?
A senior WHS professional working with you part-time or on retainer, for example a few days a month. You get experienced advice and continuity without the cost of a full-time appointment. It suits small and medium businesses and organisations with seasonal or event-driven risk.
Can you help with contractor management?
Yes. We design pre-qualification, induction and monitoring processes for your contractor base, and can provide platform-based verification through Veriforce, as Veriforce's Australian partner, where the size of your contractor base warrants it.
Do you provide training?
We deliver non-accredited and bespoke training. Nationally recognised training is delivered by our training partner, Training Worx Australia (RTO 52508). See training.
