Having served as a WA Police Officer, WHS professional, Safety Training Manager and business leader, Josh understands high-risk environments, critical incident management, investigations and the real-world pressures facing organisations today. He has led safety systems, conducted workplace and psychosocial investigations, delivered accredited training, and supported businesses to strengthen both compliance and culture. His approach is practical, direct and outcome-focused. He works alongside executives and managers to ensure safety frameworks are embedded operationally, not sitting on a shelf.

Through Soteria 360, Josh helps organisations reduce risk exposure, strengthen leadership capability and build workforces that are both compliant and commercially effective.

With over 23 years of experience across law enforcement, WHS leadership, high-risk event operations, accredited training, and commercial safety consultancy, Anthony brings a rare combination of frontline operational credibility and strategic leadership capability.

Having served in specialist law enforcement roles including Counter-Terrorism, Maritime Operations, K9 handling, and Aviation Security, Anthony has operated in complex, high-risk environments where safety, decision-making, and leadership directly impact outcomes. He has since held senior safety and risk leadership roles within major venue operations and high-risk industries, supporting organisations to strengthen their safety systems, leadership capability, and workforce resilience.

Celeste brings 26 years of global experience in people management, having worked across more than 70 cities worldwide in the theatrical industry. Her career progressed from backstage crew to Stage Manager, Venue Supervisor and QHSE Officer, giving her extensive experience in leadership, people management, safety, communication and high-pressure environments.

Since 2024 she has worked in oil and gas recruitment. That is where the advice comes from: she has read applications from the hiring side and understands what makes experience clear, credible and relevant to the person reading it.

At Soteria 360 she delivers every career transition session personally, with a particular focus on identifying transferable skills and recognising experience that opens doors into new industries and career pathways. Her work is especially valuable for people changing direction, including veterans, police, emergency services, tradespeople, engineers and experienced professionals looking to use what they have built in a new setting.

Celeste is also an international competition sharpshooter, bringing the same values of discipline, safety, integrity and professionalism into her work. An Australian citizen who has called Europe home since 2005, she brings a genuinely international perspective to people and careers.

During his career with the Western Australia Police Force, Steve specialised in advanced driver training and operational response capability, becoming a qualified instructor through the Western Australia Police Academy Driver Training Unit.

Steve held several specialist police instructor certifications responsible for preparing officers to safely operate vehicles in high-risk and emergency environments.

In addition to his Australian police training qualifications, Steve also participated in advanced police driving programs in Scotland and the United Kingdom, further strengthening his expertise in pursuit driving, emergency vehicle operations and tactical response driving.

Steve is known for his practical, experience-driven training style, translating real operational lessons into clear, actionable skills that improve safety outcomes in real-world environments.

Britney spent ten years with the Western Australia Police Force, from cadet through to Senior Constable, across metropolitan response, patrol and inquiry, a remote Pilbara posting and the restraining order and summons service team. She left in 2022 and built a career in branding, marketing and coaching.

At Soteria 360 she owns the brand and the marketing engine: content strategy and production, the website and digital platforms, campaigns, and the systems that turn attention into enquiries. She works closely with the directors to make sure the way Soteria 360 shows up in the market matches the standard of the work behind it.

She also works with individuals on positioning: how to present what you have built for a market you were not sure you belonged in. Her approach is grounded in knowledge, skill, practical application, and genuine connection, with a strong focus on people being recognised for the value they bring across safety, operations, mining, construction, and other high-impact industries.

As a mother of three girls and two stepsons, Britney understands that leadership extends far beyond the workplace, and brings both professional insight and personal perspective to the business.
