Constable Care Foundation is a Western Australian not-for-profit and nationally registered harm prevention charity that has delivered safety education to children and young people since 1989. Working with schools from pre-primary to Year 12, the Foundation uses theatre-in-education, film and interactive programs to build protective behaviours and to teach road, rail, cyber and personal safety. Its Safety School gives children a realistic urban environment in which to practise road, bike, rail and pedestrian skills, and its community teams deliver Lost Child Point services at major Western Australian events. Program outcomes are measured through a long-running evaluation partnership with Edith Cowan University. Soteria 360 and Constable Care Foundation share a focus on safety education for young Western Australians.
