There are certain moments in business where you realise you are no longer just building an idea. You are building real momentum. For us, this is one of those moments.

Over the last little while, Josh Smith and i have been building Soteria 360 around a simple belief: high-risk industries need more than generic advice. They need practical support from people who understand operations, pressure, leadership, risk and workforce reality.

Now, with the strategic partnership between Soteria 360 and Training Worx Australia (RTO 52508) publicly announced, it feels like the right time to say more clearly what Soteria 360 stands for, where it is heading, and why this next phase matters.

Soteria 360 was built because too many organisations are still trying to solve connected problems with disconnected providers.

One provider handles consulting. Another handles training. Another handles workforce support. Another gets called in only after something has gone wrong.

But risk does not work like that.

Leadership affects culture. Culture affects safety. Safety affects performance. Capability affects outcomes. And workforce decisions affect everything.

That is why Soteria 360 was built as an integrated business supporting high-risk industries across Workplace Health & Safety, Event & Security Risk Management, Training and Specialist Recruitment. The business describes its role as helping organisations operate safely, compliantly and efficiently through integrated consulting, training and specialist recruitment.

Why this partnership matters

As announced publicly, Training Worx Australia (RTO 52508) brings nationally recognised training delivered by trainers with genuine industry experience, while Soteria 360 provides broader operational support across consulting, WHS advisory, incident investigation, workforce support, and leadership and capability development.

That combination matters because clients do not just need one piece of the puzzle. They need practical support across the full picture.

They need people who understand that training, systems, leadership, investigations, workforce capability and operational pressure are all connected.

One area we are especially proud of: Elite Driver Training

One of the areas we are especially proud of within Soteria 360 is our Elite Driver Training, because driving is one of the most underestimated risk exposures across industry.

It is easy to focus on the worksite and forget that vehicles, fatigue, distraction, pressure, poor planning and complacency create just as much exposure outside the gate as inside it. That is why our approach to driver training is practical, operational and grounded in real-world application.

Our Elite Driver Training offering includes programs such as Light Vehicle (LV) Safety for the Resources and Infrastructure Industry, driver awareness and car control, defensive driving techniques, and our Drive to Arrive stream, which includes the Road Ready – Young Driver Safety Program (Year 11–12).

Our Elite Driver Training is built around highly experienced instructors with genuine operational backgrounds – people who understand vehicle control, decision-making under pressure, risk awareness and the realities of high-risk environments.

This is not about ticking a box. It is about building safer drivers, better judgment and stronger habits that carry into real operational settings. And it is one of the clearest examples of what Soteria 360 is about: practical capability, credible instruction and support that actually reflects the environments our clients work in.

Programs like Drive to Arrive reflect exactly where our thinking sits – practical driver education focused on awareness, judgement, planning and safer decision-making before risk turns into consequence. – Elite Driver Training | Soteria 360

What Soteria 360 stands for

At Soteria 360, the work is bigger than paperwork and bigger than surface-level compliance. It is about putting the right systems, the right people, and the right expertise in place before risk catches up with the operation.

That is the lens behind the business.

Not theory for theory’s sake. Not generic templates. Not advice that sounds good in a boardroom but falls apart in the field. Not support disconnected from the realities of high-risk work.

Soteria 360 stands for practical thinking, operational understanding, and support that holds up under pressure. Because when safety, leadership, training and workforce capability are treated as separate issues, gaps appear.

And gaps are where risk gets in.

We believe the best support is not just compliant. It is credible. It is usable. And it works in the real world, where decisions have consequences and performance matters.

Practical thinking. Operational understanding. Real support where it counts.
