There are certain moments in business where you realise you are no longer just building an idea. You are building real momentum. For us, this is one of those moments.

Over the last little while, Josh Smith and i have been building Soteria 360 around a simple belief: high-risk industries need more than generic advice. They need practical support from people who understand operations, pressure, leadership, risk and workforce reality.
